About this notice

Turbo Joe’s Fresh Food operates this website and the Turbo Joes Website Email connection used to notify our team about inquiries. This notice explains how information is handled through these services.

Information you provide

Our inquiry form collects your name, business, city and state, number of stores, email address, phone number, and any current food offering you choose to describe. If you email us about careers, we receive your email address, introduction, resume, and other information you choose to send. Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, assess your interest in our food program, and maintain records of our communications. We use career information to review your interest in opportunities as needs arise. Inquiry submissions are stored in WordPress and sent to the designated Turbo Joe’s email recipient.

Website operation and technical data

Our hosting and website services process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, request details, and server logs. WordPress uses cookies for administrator login and related site functions. Links to maps and social media open third-party services governed by their own policies. Sending a career email uses your chosen email service.

Google email connection

The designated sending-account owner authorizes WP Mail SMTP to connect the website to Gmail. Website visitors do not need a Google account to submit an inquiry. The connection uses the sender’s account identity and OAuth credentials to send website notifications. OAuth tokens are stored in the website configuration. WP Mail SMTP requests broad Gmail permissions; the configured purpose of this connection is sending website notifications, not accessing unrelated mailbox content.

Google data use

Turbo Joes Website Email’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used to provide the authorized email functionality and is not used for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models. Access is limited to what is needed to operate, support, and secure that functionality.

Service providers and sharing

Our website uses 10Web hosting, WordPress, WP Mail SMTP and its Google authorization redirect service, and Google Gmail. Information is processed by these services as needed to operate the website and send notifications. Authorized website administrators can access stored inquiries, and the designated recipient receives inquiry details by email. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Retention

We retain inquiry records for 1 to 4 years. This period covers the inquiry records we maintain for our business. Contact us about retention or deletion of a specific submission, including career information. Revoking a Google connection does not itself delete previously submitted inquiries or emails.

Your requests and Google authorization

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email turbojoesfreshfoods@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity to protect your information. The sending-account owner can revoke the website’s Google authorization through their Google Account permissions or remove the connection in WP Mail SMTP. This stops future use of that authorization.

Changes and contact

We will update this notice when our practices change. Privacy questions and requests should be sent to Turbo Joe’s Fresh Food at turbojoesfreshfoods@gmail.com.
